Pengaruh Keterlibatan Kerja, dan Perceived Supervisor Support Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Pemediasi

چکیده

This study aims to determine the effect of job involvement and perceived supervisor support on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with satisfaction as a mediating variable. is quantitative using population all employees PT Baja Mulia Industriindo Klaten. Collecting data by census, total 50 respondents questionnaire survey. Data analysis inferential statistical program used Smart PLS 3. The results show that work has an insignificant negative OCB, positive no significant satisfaction, able mediate relationship between OCB.
